The Business Operations Interns incorporates a number of responsibilities to keep our office running smoothly.
Assist in event planning for internal company events
Facilitate communication between Boston and other offices
Help with on-boarding new hires to ensure a smooth entry into the company
Anticipate, assess, and execute logistics on all company internal meetings and external events; including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel schedules
Work across teams to proactively identify office needs
Help curate company culture by providing and maintaining office organization
Organized, advanced multi-tasking skills
Innovative, creative and action oriented
Resourceful self-starter, time management and follow up skills a must
You must be currently enrolled in school
